    • Timber Fences
    • Pool surfaces
    • Tiles etc.

  8. List items excluded from MR&R Plan:

    • Items with overall lifecycle of 12 months or less (lightbulb)
    • Minor once off costs (Cutting new keys)

  10. Based on data gathered from previous steps, we can assess & plan when current items will need to be maintained, repaired & replaced.

  11. Cost estimates
  12. Based on data gathered from previous steps, we can compute the estimated cost for the MR &R, of each major capital item that the scheme is obliged to maintain.

    The costing will be based on the replacement cost, taking inflation into account.

  13. Funding timeframe
  14. We are now able to draw up a detailed time-line and budget allocations of each item for MR&R over a 10 year period.
